These terms apply to the vehicle search platform at protransportas.com, including /paieska/ and /paieska/pirkdabar/. Vehicle import services may be governed by a separate individual contract; these terms do not replace it.
Account
Some features require registration. Provide correct details, protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
Auction data
Search, reserve and Buy Now information may originate from third parties and change. Listing data does not guarantee availability or a final transaction price. Check information with the original auction before making decisions.
Paid features
Plan descriptions, prices and duration are shown during selection. Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not circumvent access controls, access others’ accounts or disrupt the service. This does not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
Service changes
Maintenance may be required for security and functionality. Material changes to paid services will be communicated appropriately; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
